The properties were complicated in my opinion because they were estate transactions involving several individuals with a lot of moving parts. Latrice was always encouraging, and quick to respond whether it was a call, email or text. Latrice was sensitive to our family’s needs as one of the properties belonged to our mother who passed away unexpectedly (August 2022), and the timeline between our mother’s death and listing the property was close. Latrice was honest and gave us realistic expectations so that we could make an informed decision. We were able to sale two properties in a matter of two to two and a half weeks (one week a part).
